It is reached up a flight of steps, and along a private balcony, which affords views of Whitby Abbey and the famous 199 steps leading to St Mary's Church on the East Cliff.

Also a similarly short distance from the West Cliff attractions -boating lake, crazy golf, paddling pool, go-karting, indoor swimming pool/leisure/sports complex and the Spa (entertainment complex).

Large double bedroom (with double bed) and built in wardrobe. A cot and high-chair can also be provided if required. Second bedroom with two single beds.

In the interest of all our guests the property has been designated as non-smoking and sorry no pets are permitted.

Access is via stairs so may be unsuitable to wheelchair users.
